Hey, I'm Karl.
thinslice started as a personal frustration: running multiple coding agents in parallel meant constantly juggling databases, ports, and config by hand. I wanted every worktree to have its own fully isolated environment: its own Postgres, its own Redis, its own port range. Agents can then work on separate branches at the same time without stepping on each other.
thinslice is an independent, self-funded open-source project. There are no investors, no board, and no big team behind it. Just a commitment to shipping useful software that helps developers multiplex coding agents without vendor lock-in.
If thinslice has been useful and you want to say thanks, or if you just want to talk shop about agents, evals, sandboxes, or go-to-market for automation products, give me a call. I would love to hear what you are building.
